October Girls and Boys Lacrosse

 

October Youth Girls Lacrosse Training

Description: Our classes will help develop fundamental skills of lacrosse and proper movement patterns that are applicable to all sports. Please note these classes will contain lacrosse skill work as well as footwork, and agility. All athletes will be assessed thoroughly by our experienced staff.

Equipment: (SNEAKERS ONLY)

Girls (Stick and goggles)

Cost:  5 sessions for $150 or 8 sessions for $200 (Drop in $35 per class)- Players can attend any date and time for their grade

When: 

Tuesdays & Thursdays

3/4/5: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

6/7/8: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Sundays

3/4/5: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

6/7/8: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

October Youth Athletic Training

Description: Check out our youth athletic training program which is geared to help develop fundamental skills and proper movement patterns that are applicable to all sports. Please note these classes will contain strength & power training, mobility, fitness, footwork, and agility. Some exercises will be weighted and all athletes will be assessed thoroughly by our experienced staff including           Coach TuohyCoach Andzel, and Coach Wisniewski!

Cost:  5 sessions for $150 or 8 sessions for $200 (Drop in $35 per class)- Athletes can attend any date and time for their grade. Grades based on 2016/17 School Year

When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday

Grades 3/4/5: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Grades 6/7/8: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
