How long have you been coming to X-tra Mile?
A year and a half.

What do you enjoy most about it?

The workouts push me to my limit and help me get stronger which translates onto the soccer field.  

Favorite drill or piece of equipment?

Speed ladder, hurdles, reaction balls, bands and all kinds of jumps

Favorite post workout meal?

Protein shake, smoothie or chocolate milk
