Fitness & Leadership Camps

Youth Fitness & Leadership Camp – This camp is geared towards teaching proper technique, educating athletes, and developing leaders. Sample activities include strength, power and weight training, running techniques, leadership challenges with Marine Corps Leadership Training and nutrition. This is a summer program and registration will be available again in Spring 2018.

Youth Athletic Training Camp –  This program is geared to help develop fundamental skills and proper movement patterns that are applicable to all sports. Please note these classes will contain strength & power training, mobility, fitness, footwork, and agility. Some exercises will be weighted and all athletes will be assessed thoroughly by our experienced staff. This camp is specifically designed for boys and girls 3rd – 8th grades.We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays and the grades are separated into different hours including:

Lacrosse Camps

  • Blue Devil Lacrosse Camp – Hosted by the Westfield High School Lacrosse coaching staff, players will be exposed to all parts of the game. This camp is specifically designed for boys in 1st-8th grades. This is a summer program and registration will be available again in Spring 2018.
  • Youth Lacrosse Training Camp – This training will develop fundamental skills of lacrosse and proper movement patterns that are applicable to all sports. Please note these classes will contain lacrosse skill work as well as some mobility, fitness, footwork, and agility. All athletes will be assessed thoroughly by our experienced staff. This camp is specifically designed for boys and girls in K-8th grades. Once the summer session ends, we meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year and the grades are separated into different hours including:
  • Blue Devil Soft Toss Lacrosse Camp – Hosted by the Westfield High School Lacrosse coaching staff, players will be exposed to all parts of the game. This camp is specifically designed for boys and girls in K – 1st grades. This is a summer program and registration will be available again in Spring 2018.

Football Camp
Off-Season Football Training – This serious training program geared at making you a better player on the field includes exercises in speed, agility, power, and strength. Take advantage of this off-season package to take your football training to the next level. This camp is specifically designed for boys in 6 – 8th grades. This is a summer program and registration will be available again in Spring 2018.
